About Me

Hello and welcome to A Fathers House!

My name is Bryce and I just want to quickly say thank you for stopping by. It’s an honour and a privilege to have you here.

So what is this all about? Well first a little bit about me.

I am blessed to live in a little country down in the South Pacific called New Zealand. It’s home to the Lord Of The Rings movies, the All Blacks and some of the most beautiful scenery you will find anywhere on earth.

I was born and raised in NZ along with my sister and brother. It was also here that I met the love of my life and in 2004, she agreed to spend the rest of her life with me. We now have 2 children, a son, and daughter, and are based in Auckland, NZ.

That’s a little bit of the personal story, but there’s a lot more to it. In fact, my first ever blog, Are you going to answer that, goes into a lot more detail. It paints an honest picture of a chapter in my life that quite literally brought me to my knees. If you have a few spare minutes I would highly recommend reading it. In it I share a little bit about how I arrived here at the starting point of A Fathers House.

As I mentioned in the blog, A Fathers House is a Father and Son project. God has asked me to BE more in all areas of my life. Some of those areas are going to take some work, in fact, a lot of work. I don’t have the blueprint of how I am going to do this, but He does. The key lies in daily seeking His direction and listening to as He speaks.

I’ll do my best to share what I am learning here and on my social platforms. Why? Because I know others have a call of God on their lives to BE more as well. I am just as passionate to see them answer their call as I am to answer my own. Perhaps that person is you and you’re feeling challenged as you read this. That’s awesome! Embrace the challenge, answer the call and join me on the journey. Follow us on social media to stay up to date and be the first to know when there is a new thought posted. If you have a story to share, please reach out and let me know. I’d love to hear from you.

I’m excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to see where He takes us.

Let the next chapter begin!
